Here’s how it works:

  1. Start the return process with the faircado chatbot.
  2. We’ll send you clear instructions based on the seller’s policy (return window, policies, etc.) within 24h during working days.
  3. Once the seller checks your return, your money will be refunded straight back to your original payment method.

By starting the return process with the chatbot, we will be informed about your concern and will reach out to you within 24h (during working days) to guide you through the seller’s return process step by step. You’ll never be left alone figuring things out, promise!

Once we’re informed by the seller that the return has arrived, we’ll process your refund immediately.

It might take a few days for your money to arrive straight back to your original payment method.
